Our process

Our brand strategy workshop takes place over four to six 2-hour video meetings with your team working collaboratively through our interactive virtual whiteboard. The workshop has three sections: (1) Brand Heart, (2) Brand Positioning, and (3) Brand Messaging. The result of our work is a detailed brand strategy guide and an editable Google document that contains your brand strategy info.

How long does the brand strategy process take?

Our brand strategy process takes around 4-6 weeks to complete. We have 1-2 weekly 2-hour virtual sessions, around 6 in total, to discuss strategy, ideas, and have thoughtful discussions about your brand. You will learn a lot about your brand, who you are now, who you want to become, and what you need to focus on to be a champion in your industry.

Is visual identity included in the process?

No, visual identity is not included. Brand strategy will guide your visual identity, and we can include naming or visual identity at a discount for bundling them with brand strategy.

Do we really need Brand Strategy?

We are laying the strategic foundation for your brand to be thoughtful in how you communicate and connect with your target audience. Strategy also provides focus: Your mission will be clear and this will allow you to unify your team to build the same brand in everything they do.
